And I got a food update for Tuesday
one 1/2 lb burger (see previous days)
two turkey sandwiches (see previous days)
one can Miller Lite
one pint 1% millk
(This is an improvement from two 1/2 burgers. Every journey begins with one step.)
Here's the thing though. You just have to eat wheat bread. And you have to drink diet pop. There's just no option. I mean I'd love to do heroin all day and drink cream soda, but it's just not an option. It's like you don't wake up everyday and think "Geez, I might do some meth, I might not." You just don't do the meth because you can't. And I think it's easier if you just resign yourself to that fact. And I can attest to the fact that you adjust and its no big deal in the big scheme of things. It's just bread.
